- Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in error, you must notify bgd11 support immediately. bgd11 will determine which account to retain at its sole discretion.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
- You must notify bgd11 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bgd11 will investigate the matter but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
- bgd11 reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Players must submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation reasonably requested by bgd11 within the specified timeframe.
bgd11 will communicate account-related notifications, including KYC requests and security alerts, to your registered mobile number via SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered mobile number remains current and accessible.
bgd11 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from bgd11 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bgd11 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions conducted through bgd11 are subject to the following terms:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated within the cashier section of the platform.

bgd11 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider are outside bgd11's control and responsibility. All balances are held and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bgd11 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all bgd11 bonus offers unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard KYC verification if not already completed.
